Legendary binoculars - Swarovski Habicht 8x30

However, I still hope that Swarovski Optik haven't said their last word when it comes to Porro binoculars. I admit I dream of a brand new optical construction based on prisms of this type that would profit from the newest technological achievements in glass production. Such a pair of binoculars, like the NL Pure series, would be able to provide wide, excellently corrected field of view and impress with transmission on a level of 95% and perfect white balance. I don't think any other renowned producers will show such a pair of binoculars any time soon. They have been turning into rigid corporations that are unable to break away from established patterns. I do hope that Swarovski Optik, a family-run business, will be bold enough to try such an original idea. I keep my fingers crossed.
