Distortion is not a major issue for any of the tested binoculars. With sophisticated eyepiece optics featuring field-flattener elements at their disposal, the manufacturers were also able to address geometric distortions effectively.
In this category, performance was so evenly matched and the aberration corrected so well that establishing a strict ranking would be unfair. Consequently, we awarded each binocular 2.5 points here.
