Pros:
Summary: Edit: Excessive pincushion, not rolling ball for the 8x32 SP.

Cons: Relatively narrow FOV (however, the entire field of view available is generally sharp edge to edge). 22mm eye relief may be too much for some, but should be great for eyeglass wearers (works perfectly for me however and I do not wear glasses). The focuser may be slightly on the tight side (however, I have only been using for 1 month and it is winter here) Shallow depth of field. Thin neck strap.
Pros: Excellent bright, sharp, flat image edge to edge. Excellent tethered objective covers. Very good weight balance (for 715g they feel lighter than my Pentax DCF SP 8x32 which weigh 671g).
Summary: For around US $750, I feel this binocular is a very good ratio of price versus performance. I recommend the 8x43 over the 8x32 since the balance is far better making the 8x43 seem lighter. The image quality is a huge advantage over the 8x32 which has significant rolling ball/globe effect while panning/scanning. The 8x32 also suffers from rapid image quality decline approaching the edge of view (the center is very good, but falls off too quickly).
