Cons: They are heavy.
Pros: I could never say enough good things about my BNs. These have worked hard in very trying conditions (Namib Desert for heat, Botswana and northern Tanzania for dust, Borneo, Amami and Papua for humidity, and Hokkaido for cold). They just keep giving and are tough as nails.
Summary: If you can pick up an old pair for a good price for use as a hardworking, tough-as-nails backup and you don\'t mind the weight, these are recommended.
