Cons: Is not a \"first class optic\". Not so bright image like other 7x50s in my collection.
Pros: Good handling, easy to focus, soft mechanism. Clear view and without distortion or chromatic aberration in almost all field of view ( but in not in the same counterparts level of quality and price).
Summary: Steiner looks more worried to make solid and well done binos and they forget to improve quality optic a little..

Cons: Heavy, but these bins are not meant to be taken with you when you go out on a days hike !
Pros: Bomb proof build quality. Image impressively bright and contrasty. Sports focus system works very well.
Summary: If you are going to use a pair of binoculars afloat , these are the ones to go for, for all but the professional boat crews/captains and ships pilots.
