Overall
Owner since: 3 years
Price: $300
User profile: Amateur
Cons: Some spherical & chromatic aberration as is expected from any optical assembly with large objective lenses and high light gathering power.
Pros: Incredible brightness and fine contrast allow for viewing in very low light. Very comfortable ergonomics with plenty of eye relief with or without glasses. I find these to be the right weight and balance for steady and sustained hand held 8x viewing.
Summary: Very high quality construction and optics at a mid-level price. Ideal for all around use and especially good at dusk and dawn.
