Overall
Owner since: 8 years
Price: £800
User profile: Amateur
Cons: A little heavy for prolonged use but I have found nothing else.
Pros: I would find it difficult to praise them too highly. friends have tried them and have raved about them also. they have superb clarity and are exceptionally sharp, I am short sighted and had difficulties with other makes but when I first tried these I was hooked,Bird watching is now a joy.
Summary: I recommend them to everyone, they really are the best i have ever come across.

Cons: A lot of lateral chromatic aberration; makes them fussy to use in high contrast scenes.
Pros: Well built and sharp.
Summary: For me a love hate relationship, they are the sharpest of the three pairs of 12-13x binoculars that I have (Nikon Action EX 12x50 and Monarch 5 12x42) but a lot of colour fringing if eye not absolutely in the sweet spot of the exit pupil making them hard work to use.
