Overall
Owner since: 2 years
Price: 200Euro
User profile: Amateur
Cons: Poor case, awful objective covers. Rubber sheath on focusing wheel came unstuck and needed re-gluing. Sometimes dioptre adjustment defeated by bridge rocking.
Pros: For the money very good optically, sharp and bright with no irritating shortcomings. Better than the more expensive monarch 5 12x42.
Summary: For the price they cannot be beaten. They are good optically even on an absolute scale; they beat my Monarch 5 12x42 on detail and have very much less CA (i.e. practically none) than my Minox BL 13x56. At the price highly recommended.
