Cons: Build quality and mechanics seems lacking, short eye relief, dimming of exit pupil, not waterproof.

Pros: Doublet lens with blue coatings, prisms are coated and blackened, optical characteristics are accurate, lightweight.

Summary: Bought those second hand, and after dissasembly and cleaning I have used they during both the day and night. They give clear images with good central correction. Image gets softer towards the edge, but is not distracting during normal use. There is some chromatism on the image, as expected for a f/3,5 50mm doublet. Eyepieces have no field stop, so the field of view changes with eye relief and you need to be very close to the eyepiece to have the marketed field. Also the exit pupil has the characteristic squared dimming of bak-7 prisms. Their body is made all of plastic and construction seems flimsy, precise focusing is a hard task due to the fast focusing mechanism, it also has no sealings to be considered waterproof. It feels light and is easy to keep them steady for observation. After using them for a couple of months and pondering all this, I think they\'re a great pair of binoculars if you are on budget or want a \"not-so-bad\" pair for casual use, considering you can get them used for a fair price.
