Cons: The case provided with the binoculars is not as good as in the old days. It's just a cheap nylon thing with a zipper and the swarovski falcon. It used to be a beautiful hard leather case.
Pros: Pros.. Well, everything about it really. It's a beautiful instrument that delivers one of the best views in any binocular ever made. None of the other three contestants comes close to the feel and look if this thing though. And they cost about three times more and are big and heavy. Waterproof, sturdy, absolutelly great warranty and customer service, should you ever need it.
Summary: If you are buying a binocular then get this one! while they are still available.

Cons: No caps for objectives supplied. Eye relief acceptable if you don't need glasses.
Pros: Excellent quality, robust, compact, lightweight, Simple, traditional design. Very sharp on axis, wonderful for daytime use. Small but surprisingly still useful for astronomy.
Summary: Delightful, compact traditional binocular built to last for decades. Good value for money.
