    Cons: Old coatings and glass

    Pros: Super Solid device

Summary: A beautiful solid masterpiece in its time. It cannot compare to the contrast and colour from current day offerings. Nonetheless, it is built to last a lifetime, and some. Great classic

Cons: Takes a while to work through the focusing protocol, but that is fine and thus not really a problem. Like learning to ride a bike!

Pros: Beautifully made judging by the surety of focusing mechanism. My pair have been well used judging by the wear on the frame but the leanses are clean and sharp. Lovely weight and pleasant to hold. They do what they were made for superbly, and at £25 from the local charity shop, I am most grateful.

Summary: Excellent pair to own, use and cherish.

Cons: Take back all I said,I have just had them cleaned!

Pros: Tony at Optrep here in the UK serviced and cleaned these, and altered the close focus so now thy focus down to 2 metres. They are a joy to use, particularly at dusk and can be used all day with no fatigue at all, despite being a bit cosmetically challenged they have become my "go to" bins. Anyone in the UK who needs work done on a pair of bins, contact Optrep, they are amazing!

Summary: If you can find a pair at a good price, buy them!

Cons: Not really a con as there is no phase coating on these, they were made too long ago somnot as bright as some more modern designs A little pincusion distortion at the very edge of the filed.

Pros: Slim, sexy, smootooth focus Sharp image, well controlled CA and a stable view almost to the edge of the field.

Summary: I would call the image "soft"'and very easy on the eye for long periods. Dont get me wrong ,they are incredibly sharp and clear, they just feel very easy to look through. Not quite got the WOW factor of a Zeiss Classic bgatp but superb nevertheless.
