Cons: Heavy. As an eyeglass wearer I could use one click closer from the eypiece lowest click point to get the best view; at eyepieces completely down I noticed some degree of "kidney beaning" but it is eliminated by lifting the eyecups by just about 2-3 mm (but not to the first click stop) and I still get the full field. Edge clarity is not as suberb as in EL SV 10x50... Lowest focusing distance is 3.9 meters which sets some limitations for example with insect observation. When the wind gets high, the (huge) objective lense covers shake annoyingly, you have to for example remove them temporarily to get smooth viewing.

Pros: The image is very bright, sharpness is at the same excellent level as with EL SV and the sharp area is very wide, only the outer 1/10 (or something like that) of the field is unsharp. The contrast is absolutely best I have seen so far, this is the feature which one immediately notices beside brightness when looking through these binoculars. Field of view (at least) feels somewhat geater than announced 6.3 degrees. Build quality feels very good; you definitely get the impression of a professional tool. Rubber casing has no seals which may come loose, all the functions are precise; eyecups, focuser, diopter adjust etc. The eyepiece cover stays on very good as does the objective lens caps. The neck strap is very good and also the case is very high quality.

Summary: Top quality optics! Only (minor) flaw with optics is the edge blurring at a narrow area near edge. Some eyeglass wearer might also need one additional click stops with the eyecups. This binocular is build like a tank, yes, it's heavy but you would not expect to have any problems with build quality and you get really fantastic optical quality beside that. It's also expensive but even with +2000€ price I can feel I had really value for my money. The neck strap and the case are also same high quality.
